Guarantee

All of our products come with a manufacturer guarantee for materials. What sets Chris & Dick’s apart is our guarantee for installation. After the installer has completed the installation, they do a walk-through with you, explaining what work was done and the care and maintenance necessary to keep your remodel looking as good as the day it was installed. If you are dissatisfied with a product we installed or the quality of installation, let us know and we will make it right. Quality Workmanship Guarantee
Your remodeling project will be handled in a workmanlike manner. This includes:
1. Covering all work areas with proper dust and debris control coverings.
2. We will observe legal working hours, keep your property safe and not leave personal items on your property in a messy fashion.
3. The materials shown and contracted for shall be the same or better than promised.
4. All installation materials will be in good working order upon completion and warranted for the period of two (2) years.

Performance Guarantee
This includes a completion date or time for the project duration. Each project will be covered by one of the following written performance guarantees:
1 – Completion from Agreement Date – This guarantee states that your project will be completed in a specified number of days from signing your contract.
2 – Completion from Permit Issuance – Your project will be completed within the stated time period once the city permit has been issued.
3 – Completion from Delivery Date – Once materials have been delivered to your property, the project will be completed within the stated time period.

Limited Guranatee
Chris & Dick’s guarantees its ceramic tile, granite/quartz, marble, solid surface laminate countertops, cabinets and flooring installation for a period of 2 years from date of service in owner occupied residences (2 years in commercial applications) against cracking, peeling or failures of adhesion subject to the following conditions and exclusions:
1.Damage caused by constant wetness from leaking plumbing (if not installed by Chris & Dick’s)
2.Damage caused by falling objects, or marks or scratches resulting from accidental or intentional abuse.
3.Damage from the use of abrasive cleansers, scrub pads, chemical drain cleaners, dyes or other harsh chemicals.
4.Damage caused by movement of the pre-existing floor or wall structure.
5.Damage resulting from failure to observe the out of service period. (Typically 24 hours on kitchen and bathroom work)
6.Damage from any activity or use that is not a normal or intended use of the fixture or surface as recommended by the original manufacturer.
If you have a problem or concerns with your remodel during the term of this warranty, please call us as soon as possible so that we can inspect the issue in question. In the event of any failure covered under this warranty, we will (at our option), (1) repair the failed area, or (2) replace the entire area, or (3) refund the price of the job to you. Repairs that are covered under this warranty shall be scheduled at a mutually convenient time during normal business hours.
